Integrated Energy Therapy

Hope Flows Integrated Energy Therapy combines Reiki and Healing Touch, both of which work with your body’s chakras, biofields, and energetic system. Your session will begin with a short verbal check-in, where you and the practitioner will work together to set an intention, or goal, for your time together. As you settle in, fully clothed on a therapeutic table, the practitioner will use her hands to assess the quality and rhythm of your body's energy system, identifying where there may be stagnation, restrictions, or blocked energy points, which typically correlate with emotional, mental, or physical sensations or issues within the body. After identifying emotional, physical, or energetic restrictions, the practitioner will use compassionate light-touch, no-touch, hands moving, or hands-still to clear, connect, and balance any areas of restriction. Sessions may unfold with conversation, or silence. Music or no music. Clients choice.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive, gentle-touch practice that works with the body’s inner wisdom to regulate the nervous system, release tension, cultivate deep relaxation, and remove restrictions within the connective tissue network, particularly the cerebrospinal fluid, and fascia.

CST is a non-medical practice that promotes emotional, psychological, and physical relief from stress, PTSD, ADHD, headaches, migraines, sinusitis, neck pain, TMJ, back or shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, post concussion or past traumatic brain injury, and side effects of cancer treatment.

During the session you will lay fully clothed on a therapeutic table while the practitioner uses her hands to listen to your body and remove any emotional, energetic, or physical restrictions through the use of light-touch, starting at the feet and working upward at the sacrum, the spine, the thoracic inlet (heart), on the neck, shoulders, and cranium.

Grief & Anxiety Support

Grief is an extremely personal experience that effects all of us differently. It is a natural response to loss, whether the loss of a loved one, a job, security, a pet, illness, self-identity, whatever. We all experience grief at some point throughout our lifespan. Grief is tricky because there is no cure or easy fix. While society has shaped us to believe we must tuck our heartaches away, our heart still aches. We all respond to our heartaches differently, which requires grief support to be flexible and fluid. The best way to describe grief support is that it focuses primarily on offering safe and compassionate space while clients learn to navigate the rocky or expansive edges of loss. This type of support involves talk, self-reflection, breathwork, visualization, and energy work

1:1 Therapeutic Restorative & Yin Yoga

One-to-One Therapeutic Restorative & Yin Yoga Sessions incorporate Guided Meditation, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Sound to deepen physical, emotional, and mental relaxation, reduce stress, and aid healing. Restorative & Yin Yoga are gentle practices that use props to fully support the body in passive, long-held poses. They focus on stillness and breathing rather than muscle contraction, making it a beneficial practice for managing chronic conditions, recovery from injury, reducing anxiety, or working through grief.

“When we resist change, it’s called suffering. But when we can completely let go and not struggle against it, when we can embrace the groundlessness of our situation and relax into its dynamic quality, that’s called enlightenment, or awakening to our true nature, to our fundamental goodness.”

- Pema Chodron
