Integrated Energy Therapy

Hope Flows Integrated Energy Therapy combines Reiki, Healing Touch, and The Emotion Code, all of which work with your chakras and your body’s energetic system. It works excellent for people who feel chronically overwhelmed or stresssed, and who experience frequent tension, anxiety, grief, or exhaustion. Your session will begin with a short verbal check-in, where you and the practitioner will work together to set an intention, or goal, for your time together. As you settle in, fully clothed on a therapeutic table, the practitioner will use her hands to assess the quality and rhythm of your body's energy system, identifying where there may be stagnation, restrictions, or blocked energy points. After identifying emotional, physical, or energetic restrictions, the practitioner will use compassionate light-touch, no-touch, hands moving, or hands-still to clear, connect, and balance any areas of restriction, releasing whatever you’ve been holding onto. Sessions may unfold with conversation, or silence. Music or no music. Clients choice.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a non-medical, non-invasive, gentle-touch technique that promotes emotional, psychological, and physical relief from chronic conditions, including stress, PTSD, ADHD, headaches, sinusitis, neck pain, TMJ, back or shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, post concussion or past traumatic brain injury.

During the session you will lay fully clothed on a therapeutic table while the practitioner uses her hands to listen to your body’s craniosacral rhythm, identifying any areas of disruption, or restriction within the cerebrospinal fluid and connective tissue systems. Light, intentional touch will be applied to locations along the body, starting at the feet and working upward to the sacrum, spine, thoracic inlet (the Heart), the neck, shoulders, and cranium, to soften areas of tension, open space, and generate realignment within the body.

Foot~Hand~Head & Ear Zoning

Foot~Hand~Head & Ear Zoning can be added to any IET or CST session. This practice involves applied pressure to reflexology points in the feet, hands, head, and ears. Combined with IET or CST, it offers the ultimate release from whatever tensions your body is holding onto.

Whether you're setting new goals, heading into a big transition, or searching for clarity, or more balance in your life, my coaching work is all about helping you move forward. I use a forward focused growth model which involves us working together to clarify what you want your life to look like, map out actionable steps, and build realistic and sustainable habits that help you achieve your goals. Transformative coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health issues, nor does it replace necessary mental health services. It is about future growth and personal development.

Transformative Coaching

Grief is an extremely personal experience that effects all of us differently. It is a natural response to loss, whether the loss of a loved one, a job, a pet, financial security, or the result of major life transition. Grief is tricky because there is no cure or easy fix. While society has shaped us to believe we must tuck our heartaches away, when grieving, our heart still aches. Hope Flows offers a safe, compassionate, supportive space where clients learn to soften into the hard edges and emotions of loss. Clients choose which interventions they want to utilize at every session (Transformative Coaching, Integrated Energy Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Foot-Hand-Head-Ear Zoning, 1:1 Yoga, Mindfulness & Breat).

Grief & Anxiety Support

One-to-One Restorative & Yin Yoga are therapeutic styles of yoga that use props to fully support the body in passive, long-held poses, focusing on stillness and the breath rather than muscle contraction, targeting the central nervous system and connective tissue.

Each session incorporates guided visualization, Integrated Energy Therapy, breath work, and sound to deepen relaxation, reduce stress, and aid the healing process.

This Practice is excellent for managing chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease, anxiety, and PTSD, and for supporting recovery from injury, substance abuse, or grief.

“When we resist change, it’s called suffering. But when we can completely let go and not struggle against it, when we can embrace the groundlessness of our situation and relax into its dynamic quality, that’s called enlightenment, or awakening to our true nature, to our fundamental goodness.”

- Pema Chodron
