Integrated Energy Therapy
Integrated Energy Therapy combines Reiki and Healing Touch, both of which work with your body’s energetic system to raise your frequency, remove stagnate, emotional, or energetic blocks that are impacting your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. In its purest form, Energy Medicine is a gentle, non-invasive body based healing practice rooted in the understanding that health comes from aligning the body’s wisdom with intuitive wisdom. Energy Healing recalibrates the chakras and meridians of the body through light therapeutic touch, and/or no touch, as the client relaxes fully clothed on a therapeutic table. Sessions may unfold with conversation, or silence.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive, gentle touch practice that works with the body’s natural inner wisdom to release tension and/or restrictions within the connective tissue network, particularly the cerebrospinal fluid, and fascia. CST is a non-medical practice that promotes relief from headaches, sinusitis, neck pain, TMJ, back or shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, post-traumatic stress disorder, post concussion or past traumatic brain injury, ADHD, and side effects of cancer treatment.
During the session you stay fully clothed, while the practitioner simply holds safe and supportive space for self-healing to occur, freeing stored emotional, energetic, or physical restrictioins deep within the body. CST can be used successfully with adults and children.
Life Coaching
Ever find yourself in one of those seasons where you just feel stuck? Maybe you’re experiencing a gap between your current reality and your life goals. Maybe you have plenty of great ideas, but struggle to follow through or bring those ideas to life.
As a life coach, my role is to offer compassionate care and guidance while helping you identify clear and obtainable steps towards creating the life you desire. I specialize in coaching for children, teens, young adults, and adults who are facing challenges with anxiety, grief, executive functioning, motivation, setting tangible goals, and managing emotions.
My coaching is not therapy— it’s an opportunity for us to get curious together and design an actionable plan to support individual growth.
Grief & Anxiety Support
Grief is an extremely personal experience that effects all of us differently. It is a natural response to loss, whether the loss of a loved one, a job, security, a pet, illness, self-identity, whatever. We all experience grief at some point throughout our lifespan. Grief is tricky because there is no cure or easy fix. While society has shaped us to believe we must tuck our heartaches away, our heart still aches. We all respond to our heartaches differently, which requires grief support to be flexible and fluid. The best way to describe grief support is that it focuses primarily on offering safe and compassionate space while clients learn to navigate the rocky or expansive edges of loss. This type of support involves talk, self-reflection, breathwork, visualization, and energy work
1:1 Therapeutic Restorative & Yin Yoga
One-to-One Therapeutic Restorative & Yin Yoga Sessions incorporate Guided Meditation, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Sound to deepen physical, emotional, and mental relaxation, reduce stress, and aid healing. Restorative & Yin Yoga are gentle practices that use props to fully support the body in passive, long-held poses. They focus on stillness and breathing rather than muscle contraction, making it a beneficial practice for managing chronic conditions, recovery from injury, or reducing anxiety.
