I recently had an integrated Energy & Craniosacral Therapy session at Hope Flows Holistic Health and Wellness, and it was truly exceptional. Tiffany is incredibly warm, open, and thorough, the kind of practitioner who immediately makes you feel safe and seen.

The sessiion itself was both calming and surprisingly powerful. I live with multiple chronic illnesses, as well as life-altering trauma and grief, and exploring energy healing instead of traditional medicine was completely new for me. But, what I experienced in this session reached places that years of traditional therapy never touched. It was intense in the most grounding, soothing way, hard to fully explain, but deeply felt.
